Hello

My name is Ashley Osmond, and it would be my pleasure to be your full-service concierge on your expat journey over to the Netherlands. 
 

My journey began in 2011 and after being exhausted from the corporate world in NYC, I decided to take a leap and buy a one-way ticket to Taiwan to teach English. That adventure lasted about two years and was one of the best decisions I ever made. 
 

From there, I knew life in the USA just didn’t fit me anymore. I have since moved to France, Scotland, and the Netherlands. I’ve dealt with complicated visa situations, navigated difficult situations in languages I didn’t understand, and formed friendly and supportive communities around me. 
 

I moved here, twice, on my own (yes, I love it that much). The first time, I knew one person. I didn’t get any help with the visa situation, finding an apartment, figuring out how to work the receipt exit at the grocery store, where to get a bike, when to take out my trash….so many little things piled up, and it was scary and exhausting doing it alone. 
 

But I’m here, I made it, and now I just want to help you by smoothing out many of these bumps in the road so you can have a more seamless and comfortable move abroad.
